Chicken Satay with Super Seed Peanut Butter
Instructions:

Step 1: Prepare the Satay Sauce
1. Combine GreenKarmas Super Seed Peanut Butter, coconut milk, soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, chili flakes, and coriander in a bowl.
2. Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring continuously until thick and smooth.
3. Remove from heat and set aside. Serve warm or cold.
Step 2: Marinate the Chicken
1. In a large bowl, mix coconut milk, soy sauce, garlic, ground coriander, cumin, and ginger.
2. Add chicken strips to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well coated.
3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Step 3: Grill the Chicken
1. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
2. Grill on a griddle or barbecue over medium heat until golden brown and cooked through, about 5–7 minutes per side. Step 4: Serve and Enjoy
1. Arrange the skewers on a platter and serve with the rich, creamy peanut sauce. Garnish with chopped coriander and lime wedges for an extra burst of freshness.

GREENKARMAS PEANUT SAUCE
Ingredients:

For the Satay Sauce:
• 3 tbsp GreenKarmas Super Seed Peanut Butter
• ½ cup Coconut Milk
• 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
• 1 tbsp Fish Sauce
• 1 tbsp Lime Juice
• 1 tbsp Light Brown Sugar
• ½ tsp Chili Flakes
• 1 tsp Ground Coriander
For the Chicken Satay:
• 500 g Chicken Breast Strips
• ½ cup Coconut Milk
• 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
• 1 tsp each Ground Coriander, Ground Cumin, and Ground Ginger
• 2 cloves Garlic, minced
• Skewers (pre-soaked if wooden)
