SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
At GreenKarmas, we aim to get our products to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy:
· Free Shipping – Free shipping is available only when specified as part of promotional campaigns or special offers.
· Address and Contact Details – To ensure a seamless delivery experience, please provide a complete postal address, including the pin code, email ID, and contact number. Kindly double-check your pin code and contact number before placing your order to avoid delays.
· Order Processing – If the item you’ve ordered is in stock, we will pack and dispatch it from our warehouse within 3 working days. If any items are out of stock, we will arrange for production and have them dispatched within 10 working days. We’ll keep you informed in case of any delays.
· Delivery Timeline – Our courier partners deliver between Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 7 PM (excluding public holidays and Sundays). Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, strikes, or transit delays.
· Tracking Information – Once your package is dispatched, we’ll send you an email with the tracking details. We appreciate your patience while your order makes its way to you.
· Size Variations – Please note that the product images on our website feature the 350g variant. Our 180g, 220g, and 250g bottles are smaller and may have slight variations in shape while maintaining similar branding. These smaller size bottles are not shown in the product images on the website.
