We hope you love everything you order from us, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help!, We are committed to working with you to find a fair and friendly solution in the following situations:
1. If You Receive a Damaged Product
We take great care in packing your order, but if your product arrives damaged, don’t worry — we’ll make it right!
Please let us know within 2 days of delivery by emailing us at info@greenkarmas.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear image of the invoice
- An image of the outer box
- Two clear images of the damaged product
- An unboxing video showing the damage
If your order included multiple items, only the damaged product will be replaced. We’ll quickly resend a replacement and ensure you’re satisfied with the outcome.
We’ll respond to your email within 24–48 hours and provide full support to resolve the issue.
2. If Something Is Missing from Your Order
If you’ve received your order and notice that something’s missing, we’ve got you covered!
Please notify us within 2 days of delivery by emailing info@greenkarmas.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear image of the invoice
- An image of the outer box
- Two clear images of the opened box showing the items received
- An unboxing video displaying all items received
While we’re unable to process a refund for missing items, we’ll promptly send you the missing product so you get exactly what you ordered. We’ll respond to your email within 24–48 hours and make sure you’re fully supported.
3. If a Product is spoiled.
Since our products are natural and handmade, some variation in taste, texture, colour, or aroma is expected — and that’s part of what makes them special! However, if you believe a product has spoiled, we’ll take care of it.
Please reach out to us within 2 days of delivery at info@greenkarmas.com with:
- Your order number
- Date of packaging or manufacture (if available)
- Clear images or a video showing the product’s condition
We’ll carefully investigate and, if the product is genuinely spoiled, we’ll happily replace it. Our goal is to ensure you always have the best experience with GreenKarmas.
