Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies

Step 1: Prep Your Oven and Trays
• Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
• Grease and line two baking trays with parchment paper.
Step 2: Mix the Dough
• Melt the unsalted butter and stir in GreenKarmas Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter, caster sugar, and the beaten egg.
• Sift in the plain flour, baking soda, and cocoa powder. Stir until everything is combined into a smooth dough.
Step 3: Shape the Cookies
• Roll 2 teaspoons of dough into a ball and place on the prepared trays, spacing them 3 cm apart.
• Flatten each ball slightly with the back of a spoon.
Step 4: Bake to Perfection
• Bake for 12–15 minutes, until the cookies are set but still soft in the centre.
• Let the cookies cool on the trays for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
