Garlic Chicken Thighs with GreenKarmas Kashmir Honey

1. Season the Chicken:
- Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
2. Sear the Chicken:
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat the vegetable oil. Add chicken thighs, skin-side down, and cook until browned, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
3. Prepare the Sauce:
- In the same skillet, whisk together GreenKarmas Kashmir Honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and rice vinegar. Bring the mixture to a simmer.
4. Thicken the Sauce:
- In a small bowl, whisk together cornstarch and water to create a slurry. Slowly pour the slurry into the skillet, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens.
5. Cook the Chicken:
- Return the chicken thighs to the skillet, coating them evenly with the sauce. Simmer for 10-12 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
6. Serve:
- Serve the chicken thighs with the sauce, garnished with sliced green onions and sesame seeds for added flavour and visual appeal.
