GreenKarmas Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Bark
Instructions:

Step 1: Prepare the Base
1. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
2. Slice the Medjool dates open and press them flat onto the parchment paper with the sticky side down. Using a cup, press the dates firmly to form an even layer.
Step 2: Add the Peanut Butter and Nuts
3. Melt the dark chocolate peanut butter in the microwave for 30 seconds until smooth and pourable.
4. Spread the melted peanut butter evenly over the dates. Sprinkle generously with chopped walnuts.
Step 3: The Chocolate Layer
5. Melt the dark chocolate with a small amount of coconut oil (this makes the chocolate glossy) in a microwave or over a double boiler.
6. Pour the melted chocolate over the date-peanut butter layer, spreading it evenly to coat.
Step 4: Set and Serve
7. Place the tray in the freezer for 20–30 minutes, or until the bark is firm.
8. Once set, remove from the freezer and cut into large pieces.
