GreenKarmas Peanut Butter Oat Bites

Step 1: Mix the Base
1. In a small bowl, blend the dark chocolate peanut butter, maple syrup, and oat flour until smooth and creamy.
Step 2: Chill the Mixture
2. Place the mixture in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to firm up.
Step 3: Prepare the Chocolate Coating
3. Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave or over a double boiler, stirring until creamy and glossy.
Step 4: Shape the Bites
4. Roll the chilled peanut butter mixture into 10–12 small balls, each about 1 heaping tablespoon of dough.
Step 5: Coat the Bites
5. Dip each ball into the melted dark chocolate, using a fork to lift and allow excess chocolate to drip off.
Step 6: Set and Serve
6. Place the chocolate-coated bites on a parchment-lined tray. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until fully set.
