Pineapple Upside-Down Cake with GreenKarmas Pineapple Jam
Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Grease a round cake tin and arrange pineapple slices on the bottom.
3. In a bowl, mix melted butter, sugar, and GreenKarmas Pineapple Jam.
4. Add eggs, flour, and baking powder. Mix until smooth.
5. Pour batter over pineapple slices and bake for 25-30 minutes.
6. Cool and invert onto a serving plate before slicing.

Ingredients:

• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/2 cup butter (melted)
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup GreenKarmas Pineapple Jam
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 2 eggs
• Pineapple slices for topping
