Honey Chilli Paneer with GreenKarmas Kashmir Honey
Instructions:

1. Prepare the Vegetables:
- Cut the capsicum into thick strips and the onion into thick slices. Set aside.
2. Sauté the Vegetables:
- Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a non-stick wok. Add onion, capsicum, and salt. Sauté, tossing frequently, for 2-3 minutes. Transfer the sautéed vegetables into a bowl and set aside.
3. Prepare the Sauce:
- In the same wok, heat the remaining oil. Add chopped garlic and ginger paste. Sauté until fragrant.
- Add sweet chilli sauce, red chilli flakes, and salt. Mix well and add 1/2 cup water.
- Gradually add the cornflour mixture while stirring continuously. Cook until the sauce thickens slightly.
4. Cook the Paneer:
- Add the paneer pieces to the sauce and mix gently to coat evenly.
- Stir in 1 tablespoon of GreenKarmas Kashmir Honey and vinegar. Mix well.
5. Combine and Serve:
- Add the sautéed onions and capsicum back to the wok. Toss everything together to combine.
- Drizzle additional GreenKarmas Kashmir Honey over the top before serving.

GREENKARMAS HONEY
Ingredients:

• 2 tsp GreenKarmas Kashmir Honey (plus extra for drizzling)
• 1 tbsp Red chilli flakes
• 250 gm Paneer (cut into thick rectangles)
• 4 tbsp Oil
• 2 Onions (thickly sliced)
• 2 Green capsicums (cut into thick strips)
• Salt to taste
• 5-6 Garlic cloves (chopped)
• 1 1 tsp Ginger paste
• 3 tbsp Cornflour/cornstarch (mixed with 4 tbsp water)
• 2 tsp Vinegar
