Honey Mustard Peanut Butter Grilled Sandwich

1. Spread GreenKarmas Chia Seed Peanut Butter on one slice of bread and GreenKarmas Honey Mustard Sauce on the other.
2. Layer carrots, cucumber, and spinach on one slice.
3. Close the sandwich and grill in a pan with butter or olive oil until golden and crispy.
4. Slice in half and serve warm.

• 2 slices of whole-grain bread
• 1 tbsp GreenKarmas Chia Seed Peanut Butter
• 1 tbsp GreenKarmas Honey Mustard Sauce
• 1/4 cup shredded carrots
• 1/4 cup thinly sliced cucumber
• A handful of spinach leaves
• Butter or olive oil for grilling
