Kesar Kahwa-Glazed Chicken with GreenKarmas Kashmir Kesar Kahwa Tea
Instructions:

1. Prepare the Marinade:
o In a mixing bowl, combine GreenKarmas Kashmir Kesar Kahwa Tea paste, yogurt, garlic paste, and salt.
o Whisk until the mixture is smooth and well-blended.
2. Marinate the Chicken:
o Coat chicken pieces generously with the marinade, ensuring each piece is evenly coated.
o Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours to allow the flavours to infuse.
3. Roast the Chicken:
o Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
o Place the marinated chicken on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
o Roast for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked and golden brown.
4. Serve:
o Arrange the glazed chicken on a platter and garnish with fresh cilantro or a drizzle of GreenKarmas Kashmir Kesar Kahwa Tea paste for added flavour.
