Honey Tomato Pasta with GreenKarmas Nigella Seed Sauce

1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions, reserving about 1/4 cup of the pasta water.
2. In a saucepan over medium heat, sauté the chopped onion in olive oil until translucent. Add the minced garlic and chili flakes (if using), and cook for 1 minute.
3. Pour in GreenKarmas Nigella Honey Tomato Sauce. Simmer for 2–3 minutes, adding a splash of reserved pasta water if the sauce is too thick.
4. Drain the pasta and toss it into the sauce, coating evenly.
5. Season with salt and pepper. Top with grated Parmesan or your favourite cheese alternative if desired.

• 200 g (about 7 oz) dried pasta (penne or fusilli)
• 1 cup GreenKarmas Nigella Honey Tomato Sauce
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 small onion, finely chopped
• clove garlic, minced
• 1/4 tsp chili flakes (optional)
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Grated Parmesan (or a dairy-free alternative) for topping (optional)
