Nigella Honey Tomato Roasted Chicken with GreenKarmas Tomato Honey Sauce

1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the Nigella Honey Tomato Sauce, olive oil, oregano (optional), salt, and black pepper.
3. Place the chicken thighs on a baking tray lined with parchment paper or foil.
4. Brush or spoon the sauce mixture generously over each piece of chicken.
5. Roast for 25–30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and nicely caramelized.
6. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

• 4 chicken thighs (skin-on or skinless as preferred)

• 2 tbsp olive oil
