Sweet and Spicy Stir-Fried Vegetables with GreenKarmas Chilli Tomato Honey Sauce

1. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Toss in the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until tender but still crisp.
4. Add GreenKarmas Chilli Tomato Honey Sauce and soy sauce, stirring to coat the vegetables evenly.
5. Cook for an additional 1–2 minutes to allow the flavours to meld.
6. Serve immediately, garnished with sesame seeds and green onions.
