To request a replacement,

• Order number
• Clear images of the invoice, outer packaging & affected product
• An unboxing video showing the issue (damage, missing items, or product condition)
• Packaging/manufacturing date (for spoiled products, if visible)

Once verified, we will send a replacement for the affected item. We aim to respond within 48-72 hours and ensure a quick
resolution.
